Industry attachment partnerships grow for hospitality learners

Additional attachment placements have been secured for hospitality learners, covering kitchen brigades, front office teams and food service operations.

Attachment is assessed as part of the programme, with supervisors reporting on professionalism, hygiene practice and technical competence.
